This is a web radio with free (as in freedom) submissions: everyone can upload music and every other can listen to it. All tracks play in queue, in order how they were uploaded. When no tracks in queue left, radio picks random track from previous uploads and play it, in result radio never sleeps and you can listen for something any time.
Of course! That's the whole reason of existence of this project. Share your music tastes and look for others. Hint: heard nice music and remember somewhat similar in your own discography? Share it with others. But in general, feel free to upload anything you want or feeling have to.
Well, it's complicated. It is not implemented yet, but moreover there can be legal issues, especially with spotify, deezer, etc. who are very aggressive about downloading music. Time will show.
Mostly. You can check activity by viewing uploads history and re-queue history and even listeners count history. Anyway, radio is playing and waits for your uploads. Remember, when queue is empty, next track to play picks randomly, so your music will play too!
I imagine that people will visit the site from time to time, check what is playing now, walking around history pages looking for interesting track names (and clicking button to "re-queue" track to listen to it), and, of course, uploading their own music.
